This show was inspired by a love song the artists musician husband, Wilson Fisher, wrote

entitled - Duties of the Moon.

“ So let me make my wish now

And let me hear you say

I want to be here with you

In every light of day.

And when the darkness gathers

With sundown coming soon

Allow me to take on then,

the duties of the moon.”

This show is a sweeping homage to the many aspects of the moon. The majority of the works

are assemblage pieces along with some paintings and mixed media. The show includes the

artists silver jewelry, inspired by the moon, handmade cards of the works, and a beautiful

hardcover book with the CD single of Fisher’s love song, Duties of the Moon, tipped inside.

A unique take on each piece includes a quote from various writers and poets – it’s a show

inspired by nature, music and the written word and dedicated to the MOON.
